Senior Affiliate Payment Specialist

Owning the full payment lifecycle for commissions and contractual payments, the full-time Senior Affiliate Payment Specialist will manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payouts while collaborating cross-functionally to create and document efficient processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end payment process for affiliate commissions and contractual payments, serving as the primary contact for affiliates Resolve payout disputes, chargebacks, and other payment-related issues while maintaining strong follow-through and communication with affiliates Collaborate with various teams to develop and document repeatable processes and ensure compliance with affiliate program policies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in commissions, partner or affiliate payouts, revenue operations, billing, or finance operations Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Hands-on experience with payment or vendor management platforms such as RAMP, Bill.com, or Tipalti Strong analytical judgment and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly High integrity in handling confidential financial information Virtual Vocations Inc
