About your role: As a THL Care Coordinator, you will provide therapeutic interventions, case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) to affect identified needed changes within the individual or family.

Does the following apply to you?
