You will be working as an LPN at a facility with 42 beds where patients primarily struggle with dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and require assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will be part of a team that maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 22.
