Job Title: Cost Analyst - Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)Job Category: Finance and AccountingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental US* * *The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a Budget and Cost Analyst with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software experience to support an Army Project Manager (PM) at Ft Belvoir VA. The Cost Analyst will provide support in the areas of cost analysis and project management support, to include life cycle cost analysis, program financial planning, cost estimate model development, and cost policy application. Active Secret clearance is required to start.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Program Office Estimates (POEs) using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) softwareProvide budget exhibits and planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to Program/Product Directors and integrated product teamsProvide price analysis of vendor proposal submissions, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs, and general review of the vendor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to aid in contract negotiations.Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)Coordinate with multiple teams (Business Management Office, technical representatives, and stakeholders) on funding actions, contract actions, acquisition requirement packages, and overall acquisition plansProvide quick turn what-if analysis based on varying fielding rates by utilizing the POE to assist G8 with budget developmentQualifications:Required: Active Secret Security ClearanceBachelor’s degree3-7 years of experienceMUST have Experience with ACEITAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarization with the budget processes (e.g. budget cycles, terminology, fiscal law)Prior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programsDesired:Master’s degree in business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or MathematicsPrior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programs ACAT III and above-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
