Position Digital Marketing Specialist FLSA Full-Time, Non-exempt/Hourly Location 2252 N. Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events) General Purpose Home Creations, founded in 1981 and marking our 45-year anniversary in 2026 with more than 19,000 homes built across Oklahoma and Texas, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to run the day-to-day marketing channels for our Houston and Oklahoma City division and support corporate digital initiatives. This role owns the touchpoints where today's Homebuyers begin their search: social, community pages, marketing campaigns, email, onsite signage presentation, & reputation, and translates them into model home traffic, qualified leads, and closed sales. Supervision Received Works in conjunction between two markets: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Houston, Texas. Will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, Houston Division President, and directly to ownership. Supervision Exercised no direct reports Essential Duties And Responsibilities Social media execution: Own and execute the content calendar for the Houston and Oklahoma City Division through multiple channels and track performance. OKC coordination: Partner with the marketing team to adapt corporate creative for the Oklahoma & Texas market, uphold brand standards across markets, and contribute to cross-division campaigns. Paid digital: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, Google, and retargeting campaigns against cost per qualified lead and community-level traffic, with clear weekly reporting on spend and ROI. Web and listings: Maintain community landing pages, spec home listings, and third-party listing feeds; coordinate photography, floor plans, and pricing updates with sales and construction for multiple divisions. Email and CRM: Build and send nurture sequences for interest lists, VIP Homebuyers, and Realtor partners; ensure clean lead handoff to the sales team and consistent follow-up cadence. Reputation and reviews: Monitor and respond to Google, Facebook, and Guild Quality reviews in brand voice; drive post-close review volume through structured Customer outreach. Reporting: Deliver a weekly one-page performance snapshot covering lead volume, cost per lead, source attribution, and community-level engagement for division leadership. Events: Coordinate and support community events, Realtor events, grand openings, promotions, and other marketing initiatives, including capturing content when needed. Safety sensitive position. Other Marketing Functions: Other duties as assigned, but not limited to: Geofencing management, professional photography coordination, reviewing and approving marketing invoicing, and any other marketing related tasks as delegated. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a homebuilder, real estate brokerage, or multi-location consumer brand. Working proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and at least one email marketing platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent). Comfort with Google Analytics 4, UTM tagging, and basic source attribution. Strong writer able to draft in an established brand voice rather than a generic social-marketer voice. Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creative production. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience marketing new construction, master-planned communities, or Texas or Oklahoma real estate. Familiarity with homebuilder CRM tools such as Lasso, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Working knowledge of TREC and/or OREC advertising rules and general RESPA guardrails for real estate marketing. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus given Houston market demographics. Work Environment Temperature controlled office environment.
