The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Responsibilities Maintain security services and related operations for assigned accounts. Provide client service and problem resolution. Develop service enhancement and expansion plans. Conduct new business development. Improve operational effectiveness. Prepare post orders. Manage staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Qualifications Experience in operations management, site supervision, or account management.
