URGENT HIRING | Full Stack Java Developer | w2 position
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, MongoDB, and Kubernetes/OpenShift to join a long-term project.
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Hybrid)
⏳ Duration: 18+ Months (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Experience: 10+ Years in Java Development
Work Authorization: US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only
Note: Local candidates only.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
- Frontend development experience with React.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) / Kubernetes.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
- .NET development background is preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Pega or IBM BPM experience is required.
- Experience with AI prompting; developing AI-related playbooks is a plus.
Interview Process:
- First round: 1-hour virtual interview with the RTM (afternoon availability preferred).
- Second round: Panel interview covering technical and behavioral skills.
