We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our team with back-office administrative tasks. This position will primarily focus on data entry, document processing, record maintenance, and other administrative duties that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to maintain accuracy and productivity while working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, verify, and update information in company databases and systems.
- Process, organize, and maintain documents and records.
- Complete repetitive and detail-oriented administrative tasks efficiently.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable performing repetitive and tedious tasks for extended periods. Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity.
This is a back-office administrative position in a professional office environment. The role requires extended periods of computer work, data entry, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
