AV Cable Technician

LMG, a division of Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), is seeking a Full-Time AV Cable Technician to join our Engineering team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment supporting the technology that drives live event production.
As an AV Cable Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and ensuring the quality of our broadcast tactical fiber and AV cable inventoryhelping LMG uphold the highest technical standards in the industry.
Test and clean AV and fiber cables to meet LMG and industry standards Inspect connectors to ensure they are secure, clean, and fully functional Verify calibration and performance of test equipment; coordinate manufacturer returns when needed Perform minor cable repairs and maintenance Replace missing or damaged connector caps and ensure fiber ends are protected Maintain organization, labeling, and proper wrapping of cable inventory Conduct cycle counts of connector caps and cleaning materials to maintain stock levels Assist with general warehouse operations and cleanliness, including supporting visitors and maintaining proper storage of rental product
What We're Looking For Education & Experience High School Diploma required; knowledge of AV equipment and wiring/cable experience preferred Technical Skills Understanding of AV systems or fiber preferred; training provided Attention to Detail Strong commitment to quality and accuracy Time Management Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Adaptability Comfortable in a hands-on, warehouse-style work environment
