Our client is looking for a highly experienced FP&A leader to take ownership of enterprise-wide financial strategy and analytics related to the 340B program. This role will drive a forward-looking economic framework that enables leadership to make informed decisions on pricing, policy response, and strategic investments.

You will play a key role in translating complex regulatory developments, market shifts, and manufacturer actions into actionable financial insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help build a scalable, data-driven capability supported by advanced analytics and executive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial evaluation of 340B-related policy and manufacturer changes, assessing impact across the U.S. pharmaceutical distribution business
• Develop and enhance predictive financial models to support scenario planning around regulatory, legislative, and pricing changes
• Integrate macroeconomic and policy-driven insights into forecasting cycles, long-term planning, and strategic discussions
• Design and manage Power BI dashboards and scalable reporting solutions that provide consistent, self-service insights for leadership
• Analyze risks across business segments, customer groups, and pricing structures, and provide input into pricing and contracting strategies
• Present complex financial analyses in a clear, concise manner for senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
• Define and monitor key performance indicators related to profitability, risk exposure, and long-term program sustainability
• Stay current on external developments, including government regulations, industry changes, and competitive dynamics
• Collaborate closely with Pricing, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams to align recommendations and drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in financial planning and analysis or related roles
• Strong expertise in the 340B program, including its regulatory environment and financial implications
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, particularly in policy or pricing-driven scenarios
• Proven experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and executive reporting

Preferred Background

• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or other heavily regulated industries
• Exposure to pricing strategy, contracting, or policy-related financial decision-making
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification
