We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help children and teens reach their full potential. Position Overview: Provide occupational therapy and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth–19 years). Full-time, part-time, or contract options (25–40 hours/week). In-person outpatient clinic with some telehealth flexibility. Work in either Howard County (Marriottsville) or Frederick County locations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct occupational therapy and feeding evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions in-office and virtually. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required). Active Maryland OT license (required). Pediatric experience preferred. Passion for working with children and families. Team-oriented, compassionate, and organized.
