Position Overview Job Title: Lecturer Department: Evolution Ecology and Organismal Biology, College of Arts and Sciences Location: Aronoff Laboratory (0131) – Columbus, OH Position Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Schedule: 17 hours per week, first shift The Lecturer will teach and oversee all aspects of EEOB 2510 “Human Anatomy” and EEOB 4230 “Invertebrates” during the Spring Semester 2024. The role supports the College’s commitment to teaching excellence and mentoring students. Performance Objectives Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning. Meet scheduled classes and office hours per university policy. Ensure curriculum implementation and course preparation to department standards. Prepare homework and exams; evaluate and return student work promptly. Maintain accurate records of student progress and submit final grade roster by established deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with FERPA. Education and Experience Requirements Master’s degree in a relevant field.
