Hospice Services of Massachusetts is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Liaison to join our team!

As a key member of our organization, you will establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a monthly and daily marketing plan, maximizing census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations, and managing marketing/sales budgets.

Salaried position up to $85,000 in addition to an incentive program with weekly pay! This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have a reliable and insured vehicle. Must be willing to travel throughout Essex and Middlesex Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with Home Health and Hospice goals
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic
• Manage marketing/sales budgets
• Track and evaluate referrals
• Responsible to ensure external sales calls are effective
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare marketing/admissions (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required
