ICU RNs will float to all ICUs, step-down units, IMCU, and ED for ICU holds/borders -They may also float to Women’s and Family if needed, at this facility, they will only be assigned to the ICU -Ratios will not exceed 1:3 when assigned to any unit/hospital -RNs are normally assigned 24 hours in advance to any unit/hospital; however, they can be pulled mid-shift to float to any unit or hospital. Active PA/compact license ACLS, BLS 2 years.
