Salesforce QA Engineer

Leading end-to-end test lifecycle management for functional Salesforce areas, the full-time fully remote Salesforce QA Engineer will design and execute test plans, maintain automated test suites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing Own and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines Identify, document, and track defects while participating in root cause analysis and triage sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 5-8 years of QA experience with 3+ years on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator and AI Specialist required Expert in integration testing and leading defect triage within an Agile delivery framework Strong technical skills with experience in test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, or AWS Cloud Practitioner are valuable
