Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance and turn Technician – Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367

Pay: $18-22/hr | Schedule: 8-5 weekdays

Start Date: 7/28/26 | Contract ‑ to ‑ Hire Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

·         Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician

·         Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

·        Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

·        Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

o   Basic plumbing repairs

o   Electrical troubleshooting

o   Appliance diagnostics and repair

o   Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

·        Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

·        Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

·        Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

·        Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

·        Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

·        Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

·        Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

·        Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

·        Strong communication and customer service skills
