What you’ll take charge of

• Start with requisitions and accurately pull/deliver finished signage and products
• Receive and inspect finished items; verify correctness and quantities against inventory and customer-supplied GTRs
• Tag, store, and maintain tight control over all finished product inventory
• Report shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect receipts to the right stakeholders
• Keep thorough records, files, and data entries; handle routine correspondence related to finished products
• Operate compactors, bailing machines, other equipment, and hand tools; maintain cleanliness and remove trash
• Pitch in across other warehouse areas or departments when needed

Daily tasks you’ll master

• Administrative and electronic processing for materials received and issued
• Verification that the print image matches the stock size
• Inventory prep and cycle counting
• Issue escalation to your supervisor or warehouse manager
• Uphold a clean, organized material staging area
• Pull IMS orders and confirm part numbers, promotions, and quantities
• Perform cycle counts on any signage with fewer than 10 pieces, up to the final unit
• Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails
• Pull GTRs and complete debiting promptly
• Pull customer-supplied signage and relocate remaining items to the customer’s designated finished goods area
• Put away new inventory and any overage quickly and accurately
• Pick re-ship orders with high accuracy and speed
• Ensure overage is tagged and stored in the correct rack per customer
• Address special requests from Account Managers
• Monitor Asset Manager to action customer requests
• Track down missing signage from overage and resolve discrepancies
• Enter new signage into inventory when customers purchase overage
