What You’ll Do: Assess patient and family educational needs and provide appropriate education. Apply nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients, providing nursing care, emotional support and education to patients and families. Initiate interdisciplinary plan of care to address PFC needs. Provide safe and appropriate patient care in accordance with protocols, policies, procedures and physician orders. Manage medications according to standards. Respond appropriately in emergency situations. Implement, evaluate, and revise the plan of care and direct others in its implementation. Provide or facilitate the provision of emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. Participate in the orientation of new employees. Provide supervision of all CHHA and volunteers. What You’ll Bring to Our Team: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. NJ RN license required; BSN preferred. IV and Medical Surgical Experience required. Hospice experience preferred.
