Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM On-Call Requirements: None Weekend Requirements: As needed Job Description The Backfill Seasonal RN role in the Level 3 NICU involves providing compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill neonates. You will work as part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a 97-bed unit. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to neonates in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years Level 3 NICU experience required. Current BLS certification required.
