Convenience Stores Inc. | Jones Petroleum is hiring for a Subway Food Crew position. Pay ranges from $11.00 to $13.00 per hour. Hiring is happening now, and positions are available for both opening and closing shifts, part-time and full-time. Service associates are needed to work today. Paid weekly, with opportunities for advancement, flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and meal discounts. Benefits include medical, dental, and supplemental insurance, and paid time off.

This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc. a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, seeks highly skilled, self-motivated individuals to assist in their growing retail operation. Education required: high school or equivalent. Previous experience is desired but not required. Training will be provided. The team values customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Availability: Open availability is required. Typical start time is 9 am, and typical end time is 8 pm. Crew schedules are determined by business needs and must be flexible. Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and use of pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

This job is open to applicants under 18 years old, provided it is legally allowed for the job and location. It is also open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED, a "Fair Chance" job, a good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more. This period is designed to give both the company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, performance will be reviewed, and a decision will be made regarding continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.
