Help our customers resolve issues and gain their trust Play a key role in our team dynamic and culture Support customers throughout North America Serve as a point of contact for customer and distribution account management. Other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma. Experience in dental is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of customer care. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member. Excellent communication and phone skills. Punctuality and attendance per requirements. Job is in office at location of West Jordan. No health conditions preventing working in the office per required time period. Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred. Dental or medical knowledge is a plus. Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zone We Offer: $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience Profit sharing: all employees share a percentage of company net profit paid quarterly.
