Our career progression is as follows: A BTS Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all the projects on multiple clients at once. This position is only filled internally by promoting our superintendents. Our Project Manager’s responsibilities include: Ensuring the promotion of a positive image of the company by exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to its employees, customers, vendors and the general public. This includes ensuring that quality is of the highest possible level. Ensuring that personnel are assigned to projects in order to make the best use of skills, developing personnel and staying within the estimated budget Reporting the necessary project status information to the Construction Administrative Manager each Friday Ensuring that all tools, equipment and company owned property are properly maintained with operator maintenance performed as required Maintaining the personnel schedule in order to comply with contract requirements and complete projects on time Ensuring that all personnel are aware of and enforce the quality standards of Burditt Tile & Stone, Inc Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training the management personnel as required and monitor the activities of field operations personnel.
