A growing and established company in the waste and recycling industry is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand market share throughout the Baltimore area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who understands the waste hauling industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on identifying and winning new business.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and grow revenue throughout the assigned territory
- Prospect and build relationships with commercial, industrial, construction, and other business customers
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that support long-term partnerships
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Represent the company professionally within the local market
- Work independently while collaborating with internal operations and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in outside sales and business development
- Experience in waste, recycling, hauling, environmental services, or related B2B industries preferred
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Experience managing a sales territory and consistently growing revenue
- Ability to work with commercial, industrial, construction, and other business customers
- A self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
