Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Framingham, MA area. Pay & Benefits Increased skilled visit rates OASIS Start of Care - $160 per visit Flexible scheduling - build your day around your life Mileage reimbursement Ongoing education and professional development Supportive clinical leadership and administrative team What You'll Do As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including: Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualized plans of care Completing OASIS Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and Discharge assessments Wound care and dressing changes Medication management and patient education Catheter, ostomy, and other skilled nursing care Disease management and chronic care education Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitoring patient progress and identifying changes in condition Ordering medical supplies as needed Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation Every day is different, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care that helps patients remain safely in their homes.
