Behavior Technician - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings

• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

• Collect data and document client progress

• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment

• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

• RBT certification a plus, but not required

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Ability to pass background checks
