The Program Coordinator is responsible for representing the Safe Route team by supporting clients and staff with inquiries and requests, scheduling appointments across multiple locations, performing administrative tasks, and assisting in projects focused on outreach and education to the immigrant and refugee community in Oregon. Please note: This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish Provide immigration‑related information and advocacy (e.g., naturalization, adjustment of status, family reunification), while responding to client inquiries in person and by phone Manage client scheduling across multiple office locations and support general front‑end coordination needs Process and maintain government documents, correspondence, and accurate client files, including detailed case notes Collaborate with team members on ongoing case management and client services Assist clients with notary, photo services, and referrals to community resources; maintain current knowledge of available supports Coordinate and support U.S. citizenship preparation classes, including scheduling and volunteer/student coordination Represent the program through community outreach, education, reporting activities, and by promoting a culturally responsive, professional, and supportive team environmentHOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:
