Bank Teller

TEKsystems is currently hiring a Bank Teller to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in South Riverview! Branch Location: Riverview, FL 33578 Job Description To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration Perform platform banking functions Experience 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, customer service Cash handling experience required Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required Schedule Full-time/ 40 hours per week MUST be available between Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am - 2:30pm Could be expected to work 2-3 Saturdays a month depending on business need Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Riverview, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
