Job Title: Splicing Technician

Job Description: The Splicing Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables and systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in fiber optic splicing and testing, ensuring the integrity and performance of the network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fiber optic cable installations and repairs
Conduct splicing and testing of fiber optic cables
Ensure the quality and reliability of fiber optic connections
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of fiber optic technologies and splicing techniques
Proven experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physical ability to work in various environments, including outdoor conditions
