Skills :

Receiving & Inspection:

• Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process.
• Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided).

Shipping & Fulfillment:

• Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
• Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL).

Inventory & Material Handling:

• Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials.
• Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.

Workplace Organization & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices .

Team Collaboration & Performance:

• Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
