For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reportingOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your teamSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparencySupport nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communicationWe would love to hear from you if you:Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projectsHave a degree or comparable experience in a related construction disciplineAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingAre happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners and teamLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlinesThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funWork Environment: This position is open to local New York candidates and remote candidates ideally in the East Coast Time Zone. Local candidates will have a hybrid structure and non-local will be remote but need to be comfortable with up to 30% travel to the New York market for project site visits.Salary range for this role is between $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience.All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
