High end all fresh concepts – quick service restaurant
General Manager Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Understands P/Ls.
- Able to cultivate a staff.
- Takes ownership in the restaurant.
- Hiring and developing the staff.
- Scheduling and Payroll
- Ordering
- Must be hands on
- Ability to jump in on any position and support the team as needed
- Uphold all food quality standards.
- Maintain a very clean location
- Excels in customer service
- Great communication skills
- Completes all required reports and checklists daily, weekly and monthly on time.
- High Integrity.
We are in search of a GM who can lead. Someone who is willing and able to takes care of business, recruit, develop and grow. Someone who knows when the team needs help and is able to jump in to support in all positions. Someone who can take ownership and run the concepts efficiently. A person who is ready to commit to training in August. Please send your resume.
Must have QUICK Service Management experience
CLOSED WEEKENDS. CLOSED HOLIDAYS
