Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing insurance agents.
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives within the Hartford market.
Host community seminars and educational workshops to build brand awareness.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure top-tier service delivery to all policyholders.
Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
Collaborate with the home office to implement new sales processes and agent development programs.
Requirements
Connecticut Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
Established track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for hosting workshops.
Foundational knowledge of annuities, life insurance, and wealth accumulation strategies.
Professional certification such as CLU or ChFC is a plus.
