Warehouse Associate

Warehouse & Inventory Specialist | Broomfield, CO | $22-23/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support inventory management, shipping/receiving operations, and production material needs for a growing manufacturer of access control products. Key Responsibilities

• Help establish efficient workflows and process improvements as the company continues to grow.
• Manage inventory levels, stock materials, and maintain accurate records within NetSuite.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and on time.
• Supply production teams with requested materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity while helping create and improve processes.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong inventory control experience.
• Experience operating a pallet jack.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse environment.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
