Job Description Position is located in Ville Platte, LA (70538). Site Supervisor – Full‑time, 32‑40 hours per week, paid weekly. Qualifications 21 years of age or older Must have supervisory experience Active TWIC card (must be in hand) 2 years of security experience Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to work outdoors in the elements (as needed) Prior military or law‑enforcement experience preferred High‑school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass state‑required training and licensing qualifications Ability to pass a state licensing test if operating a company‑owned or client‑provided vehicle Service in active‑duty military, reserves, National Guard, or Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in a security‑related industry Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline (optional) Operates radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities Active listening and conflict‑resolution skills Attention to detail Responsibilities Oversee the security function on site, ensuring staffing, scheduling and training are performed diligently Ensure contractual training and screening requirements for security personnel are met Maintain overtime within prescribed limits Inspect personnel and job performance to uphold quality and contract compliance Handle payroll, incident reports and assist in preparing security surveys and post orders Recommend personnel actions, including disciplinary and commendations Respond to client requests and issue emergency notifications as required Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding their duties Make productivity and cost‑reduction recommendations to management Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders Preferred Qualifications Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer Benefits Health insurance and 401(k) plans for full‑time positions Flexible scheduling to support personal goals Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities Employee discounts through our perks program Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
