Sports Operations Internship - Fall 2026 (Chicago)

What You’ll Do Support the Operations department of THE·TEAM’s Team Sports division. Scan, file, and track Talent tax forms. Prepare expense reports and assist with obtaining receipts as needed. Prepare client payment summaries. Review contracts and prepare summaries. Assist Client Services team with projects as needed. Perform various administration duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Degree currently in progress, preferably majoring in a sports‑related field. Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Well‑developed communication, organizational and time‑management skills, and basic administrative skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Displays indications of loyalty and trustworthiness with the organization and clients. Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Internship Program Details This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation and will need to submit proof of eligibility. Must be able to come into the Chicago office 1‑2 times per week. Must be able to earn college credit for an internship. Program runs from September9,2026 to December11,2026. Time commitment expectation of 20 hours per week.
