Real Estate Closing Attorney

We're looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients and real estate professionals, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, stress-free closing experience. What You'll Do Review and negotiate Purchase & Sale Agreements Draft, review, and interpret real estate contracts and legal documents Advise buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the transaction Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings Resolve title issues and coordinate with our in-house title team Prepare settlement statements and closing documentation Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and lender requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients Represent the firm with professionalism both in-office and at mobile closings What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Massachusetts Experience handling residential and/or commercial real estate transactions preferred Strong ability to review, interpret, and negotiate contracts Excellent communication and client service skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously Technology-forward and eager to improve processes Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Purchase & Sale Agreement review Title examination and issue resolution Closing and settlement procedures Contract drafting and negotiation Real estate finance transactions Client relationship management Risk analysis and problem-solving Time management and multitasking Qualia or similar closing software experience (preferred) Why TitleBiz?
