About the Role: Sales Intake Representative As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship. What You’ll Do Every Day Create Exceptional First Impressions Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood. Handle Client Calls with Care Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
