Job Summary Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for the assigned facility. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. This position may qualify for a sign‑on bonus. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum 3 years nursing experience with leadership and management abilities. Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse. Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 days of hire or transfer into role. ACLS is preferred. Preferred Certifications and Licensure Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
