Chief of Staff (Technology)

Overview We are partnering with our Financial Services client to identify a Chief of Staff to support their Technology team. This individual will serve as a strategic partner operating at the intersection of technology and business to drive execution, alignment, and clear communication across key priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. This position is hybrid in New York City. Key Responsibilities Prepare executive‑level materials (PowerPoint presentations, leadership updates, board content) Translate complex technology topics into clear, business‑friendly messaging Support organizational design efforts, including org charts and operating models Attend leadership and stakeholder meetings; capture actions and drive follow‑ups Track and manage key initiatives, ensuring accountability across teams Coordinate across technology and business units to drive alignment on priorities Act as a central point of communication between the technology team and broader organization

MUST HAVES
