Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor based in Charlotte and Concord, NC. The instructor will lead clients through personalized Pilates sessions, facilitate group classes, provide guidance on proper form and technique, and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The role also involves preparing and maintaining the studio environment to ensure a safe and welcoming space for clients. Qualifications Certified in Pilates instruction with knowledge of all apparatus based, reformer-based and mat-based Pilates Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe exercise practices Proficiency in creating personalized exercise plans and modifying routines to accommodate various fitness levels and needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and motivating environment Ability to engage and inspire clients, promoting health and fitness with enthusiasm CPR and First Aid certification is preferred Previous experience as a Pilates instructor is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional client service and adherence to studio policies #J-18808-Ljbffr BK Pilates
