Job Overview We are hiring Packer/Production Associates (Full‑Time). The starting pay is $18.50/hour with an increase to $19.00 after 60 days , plus a $1.00 shift differential for night shift. Weekly pay and a predictable 2‑week rotating 12‑hour shift schedule (6AM‑6PM and 6PM‑6AM) with approximately 15 days per month. Responsibilities Pack and inspect plastic products on production lines Monitor up to 2 machines at a time Check products for defects, color, and quality Count and package items correctly Assemble boxes and prepare shipments Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and company procedures This list highlights the primary duties of the position; additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
