What You’ll Do

• Provide respiratory care to patients according to physician orders and hospital protocols
• Administer airway treatments, ventilator management, and breathing treatments
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments as needed in collaboration with medical team
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient responses
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license for Washington State
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred:

• CRT or RRT credentialing
• Experience with ventilator management and critical care
