Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support retirement and pension benefit operations within a collaborative office environment. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing employer-submitted documentation, maintaining accurate member account information, supporting benefit-related transactions, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, administrative experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications
- Associate degree with at least one year of customer service experience required; OR High School diploma/GED with a minimum of three years of customer service experience required
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, retirement services, pension administration, or related industries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Experience processing records, account updates, or benefit-related transactions preferred
- Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or tracking systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills preferred
