Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping

• Encourage and support clients in their daily routines, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and person-centered care

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
