Patient Service Center Site Coordinator/Lead Phlebotomist- Windermere

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Center operations in Windermere, Florida. The role combines coordination duties with hands-on phlebotomy and specimen processing, requiring at least one year of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Patient Service Center activities and coordinate staff operations across assigned area
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups and specimen types
- Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and productivity metrics
- Address performance, compliance and customer service issues with supervisors and patients
- Process specimens, enter patient data and manage billing information
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year phlebotomy experience or completed certification from accredited agency
- In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass color blindness test
