Schedule: 3x12.0 - Primarily weekdays 7a-7p and 11a-11p with on-call responsibilities.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • New York State Registered Nurse License
  • CNOR Certification
  • AHA BLS and ACLS Certifications
  • Two years of cardiac RNFA experience
  • Telemetry experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with chest exposure and closing during cardiac procedures.
  • Independently perform vein harvesting for CABG procedures.
  • First assist in cardiac surgical cases, preferably including DaVinci robotic cases.
  • Scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases, including CABGs and structural heart cases.
  • Provide care in heart failure cases and assist in heart transplant procedures as needed.
