Physical Therapist – Full Time Parkside Health & Wellness in El Cajon, CA, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in‑house therapy team. Position open to PTs of all experience levels. Experience in screening and evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders. Proficiency using standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions. Ability to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in the clinical record, adjusting treatments as needed. Evaluation of treatment outcomes and making appropriate referrals. Providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. Effective communication with supervisors and the health team regarding patient progress and barriers. Preparation of comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
