Clinical Team ManagerFull-Time | Nashua, NHJob DescriptionGreater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership within the Community Support Services department. This role oversees team performance, staff development, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and support staff.Lead team and department meetings and drive communication across teams.Monitor productivity, KPIs, and documentation compliance.Coach and develop staff through mentoring and performance management.Provide consultation on complex and crisis cases.Maintain a small caseload and deliver direct services.Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, assessments, and reviews.Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery.Provide licensure or internship supervision when appropriate.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.3–5 years of experience in behavioral health.Licensed or license-eligible in New Hampshire.Strong leadership and supervision skills.Experience with clinical documentation and compliance standards.Strong communication and organizational skills.Why Work for UsWe are seeking collaborative and strategic leaders who are passionate about supporting teams and improving client care.
