Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) - Home Medical Equipment

HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time Respiratory Clinical Specialist role in Kennewick, WA. This position offers a chance to stay connected with patients in the community, enjoy predictable weekday hours, and work independently in the field, all while building your career in a growing area of healthcare.



Compensation & Incentives :

• $38.00-$42.00/hour (based on experience)
• Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually , depending on location
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement & Company-provided cell phone

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities for the Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) :

• Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
• Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications for the Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) :

• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
