No direct blasting experience? No problem. If you have grit, a solid work ethic, and a background in auto body, painting, construction, or heavy labor, we will train you on our specialized systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Surface Prep: Operating high-pressure abrasive blasting equipment to prepare steel for high-performance chemical linings.

• Equipment Setup: Setting up and maintaining blast pots, nozzles, and high-efficiency air systems.

• Quality Control: Learning to use precision testing equipment to measure and document surface profiles.

• Material Handling: Safely operating forklifts to stage heavy equipment and materials.

• Teamwork: Working alongside a tight-knit crew to hit production goals safely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2+ years in any demanding, hands-on role (Auto body repair, concrete, construction, commercial painting, landscaping, or manufacturing).

• Physical Grit: Ability to handle high-pressure hoses, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.

• Mechanical Mindset: A basic understanding of how tools and air compressors work (we’ll teach you the rest).

• Safety Mindset: A 100% commitment to wearing proper PPE and looking out for your crew.
